About Me

Mikel Segal

Health Coach and Physician

Hi.  My name is Mikel Segal and I am a Physician and certified Health Coach.  I have a  BSc in physiology from McGill University.  I got my MD at UBC and then went on to do a Family Medicine Residency at U of T.  Over the last several years my interest and focus has increasingly been on anti-aging and lifestyle medicine.  I hold a certification of International Anti-Aging Fellowship through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and I am a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.   I have recently become a certified Health Coach through the National Society of Health Coaches.  I am passionate about improving the lives and well being of people so that they are able to reach their optimal health and performance.
